Church Affiliate Agreement The mission of ESA/Love In the Name of Christ Fresno County is "Help churches help people through unity and connection, in the name of Christ, throughout Fresno County." ESA/Love INC Fresno County commits to: · Fostering unity in Fresno and beyond through the free online Network at www.esali.org. · Leveraging a Collaborative, Community Calendar and Volunteer Opportunities platform. · Decreasing church administrative efforts by providing a central location to screen and verify requests for emergency assistance. · Providing Pastor's support and connection to the community. · Ensuring assistance and relationship building is not being duplicated. As an ESA/Love INC Church Partner, there are core requirements for partnership: · Adhere to the faith expressed by the Apostles' Creed and Nicene Creed. · As able refer and receive requests for help to and from ESA/Love INC. · Support ESA/Love INC financially if your church is able to do so. These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the esali.org or lovenet559.org website (“Website”), “ESA Love Inc. Community Program” mobile application (“Mobile Application”) and any of their related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Evangelicals for Social Action- Fresno (“Evangelicals for Social Action- Fresno”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Services. By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms. We take your privacy seriously. This policy is about how we keep your information safe while helping you get connected to services. ESA / Fresno Inc. is a local non-profit. We connect people with needs to social service providers within Fresno County through the local church. We are also known as ESA/Love INC. This Policy describes the information we collect on esali.org and lovenet559.org and how we use, protect, and share it. It is a legally binding agreement between you and Evangelicals for Social Action / Fresno Inc. For a church affiliation, we collect the church name, primary contact, email, phone, address, website, and logo that you submit. After approval we use the email and phone for the newsletter and publish the church name, logo, and website on the partner page. We do not sell personal information. You may ask us to update or remove the listing by emailing loveinc@esali.org.
