Fresno’s churches and community have the chance to come around families in their time of need, bridging the gap between the agencies who work directly with children and the community who cares.
Join us for this free breakfast as we hear from social workers about the need and the opportunity in Fresno County.
CarePortal works to keep families together – reversing the foster care crisis by providing tangible support and meaningful connection. We do this by supporting families experiencing poverty before crisis hits, stepping in when a CPS case is preventable through community support, helping kinship placements with caring relatives, and supporting youth aging out of foster care. By providing beds, furniture, clothing, food, transportation help, baby supplies, and more to families in need, we can keep more families together.
